The Applied Meditation Psychology Institute™ (AMPI) is a professional organization dedicated to teaching, training, mentoring, and counseling individuals, couples, families, private enterprises, and public institutions in order that they may achieve and sustain the farther reaches of:

  • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal harmony

The vision of the Applied Meditation Psychology Institute is actualized through its humanistic and transpersonal psychology services in Hawaii and its worldwide teaching, counseling, and consultation outreach via the telephone and the Internet. AMPI's face-to-face practices in Hawaii and its worldwide telecounseling outreach include the following educational, therapeutic, and growth promoting methodologies:

  1. Personal and group educational services, namely, providing teaching, mentoring, consultation, coaching, workshops, and classes in order to educate and train people to skillfully practice and embody the cognitive, behavioral, perceptual, and somatic techniques of Applied Meditation Psychology™ and Applied Meditation Therapy ®;
  2. Person-centered growth counseling to enhance biological core intimacy, passionate embodiment, dynamic inner stillness, and creative life transformation within individuals, their daily activities, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships;
  3. Transpersonal counseling and consultation to actualize multidimensional perception, cognitive integration, emotional healing, inner peace, life wisdoming, and the continual growth and fulfillment of basic human goodness;
  4. Education, consultation, and embodiment training in Applied Meditation Sports Psychology™ and Applied Meditation Business Psychology™ to assist athletes and business professionals in achieving and sustaining the farther reaches of peak performance, character integrity, skill proficiency, work productivity, intuitive embodiment, managerial wisdom, creative intelligence, self-healing, mental clarity, and emotional balance and behavioral synergy in both family life and interpersonal relationships.
