He have developed a successful short-term program for families in crises, aiding them in dealing with difficult children, and teaching families how to interact in healthier ways. He also work with individuals dealing with abuse issues, sexual dysfunction, gender and sexual identity issues, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. He also conduct clinical supervision with other therapists and consult related to clinical interventions in in-patient psychiatric settings, residential facilities, schools and the court system. He have taken great care in developing a team of clinicians who can deal with the most difficult cases, and who genuinely care about the needs of the individuals and families they serve.
