They are UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapists with more than 20 years experience working with adolescents and adults in the NHS, private health and voluntary sectors, as well as the state and private education systems. Their backgrounds in social work and education compliment their therapeutic approach and have helped them recognise the need for a specialist psychotherapy service, designed to support professionals and organisations working with adolescents and adults. They have particular expertise in working with those struggling with eating disorders, self-harm, anxiety and depression.

Evolution uses a developmental approach (from infancy through to adulthood), in order to understand human behaviour, and considers a person’s past experiences to be relevant to their current relationships and frame of mind.

At Evolution they tailor training packages for groups and organisations who work with young people and adults and wish to gain a better understanding of the practical, psychological and social complexities of self-destructive behaviour.
