Gilmour Psychological Services

Gilmour Psychological Services is based in Ottawa, Canada but offers its services to clients from all over the globe. Their psychologists offer a wide variety of expertise including consultation and assessment as well as counselling and psychotherapy. They accept referrals from health care professionals and institutions as well as from individuals.

Dr. Iris Jackson was the founding psychologist of Gilmour Psychological Services in 1983. She works with adults in individual or couples' therapy. Although she treats a wide spectrum of problems and disorders, she has special proficiency in the treatment of substance abuse problems, identity problems, adult survivors of childhood trauma, anger, mood, anxiety and self-esteem disorders and couples' conflict. Dr. Jackson is acknowledged as an expert on professional issues and the ethical practice of psychology. She also conducts psychodiagnostic ( testing ) assessments.
