Matrix Psychological Services

Since beginning in 1976 as a private psychology practice (Kurt Malkoff and Associates), Matrix has grown into an innovative organization offering a full complement of Psychological Services and highly successful Employee Assistance Programs. They remain steadfastly committed to their founder's original vision - getting results for individuals and their employers by delivering skilled and compassionate services from mental health care experts.

To achieve this unique level of commitment, they insist on:

  • Using only doctorally-trained psychologists (PhD/PsyD)
  • Certifying clinicians annually to maintain the highest quality network in the industry
  • Selecting only those psychologists who have never lost or settled malpractice litigation and who have never committed any ethical violations
  • Personally contacting all patients 90 days after treatment to measure success

As a result, they are able to resolve up to 85% of their cases without involving major medical plans. This unique approach makes their entire menu of programs more valuable to both their corporate clients and the individuals and families who need their help.
