McLeod Center

The McLeod Center is a private, not for profit corporation established in 1969. Governed by a Board of Trustees, it has grown to be the largest provider of comprehensive alcohol and drug treatment services in North Carolina. From initial assessment to supportive aftercare, the McLeod Center is capable of responding to a full array of patient needs.

McLeod Center has served over 168,000 clients and become the largest Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in the Carolinas. McLeod Center offers Adult, Adolescent, Family, and Criminal Justice services at the Charlotte headquarters and 8 different Narcotic Treatment clinics across North Carolina. With individualized care and respect for all, McLeod offers the opportunity for clients to get well.

McLeod Center provides comprehensive addictive disease treatment services which treat the whole individual—physically, mentally and spiritually. McLeod Center is committed to providing quality, cost-effective treatment services to any chemically addicted person in the Carolinas.
Treatment will enable people to remain abstinent from the use of mind-altering drugs, regain a productive role in the community and resume the process of social integration.
